Providing help for HACCP and hygiene audits

This specific activity aims at strengthening HACCP systems in national fish export processing establishments and at improving compliance with established health regulations.

Assistance is provided:

  • to help in drafting improved HACCP documents and regulatory prerequisite plans needing approval by the Competent Authorities;
  • to help the companies in implementing internal HACCP (own control) systems, associated methods and systematic internal audits and reviews.
